  • Strategy formulation in advance for coming quarter.
  • Lead team to meet the objectives of management.
  • Provide Quarterly Performance report of their subordinates to NM.
  • Support the Institutional Marketing Strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to produce world-class marketing collateral materials.
  • Maintain integrity and quality in all business related operations and activities.
  • Respond personally to the customer’s queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis
  • Continuously screens competition and customer trends (e. g. changes in customer behavior, technical innovations etc.) and provides up-to-date knowledge bunch of key data for his customer segments and applicable areas.
  • Ask RM to produce details of investigation of Customer Complaints & action taken to close the same, if need can assist RM to close the complains satisfactorily.
  • Ask RM to produce the report on Market research regarding Products / customers / dealers and any related subject, and report submit to management.
Expense & Recovery
  • Must ensure recovery all dues in time as well as to meet define targets in their area and report submit to management.
  • Ensure rationalization of expenses against sales.
  • Target ZERO Bad debts.
